HOSTEL NINIROOMでは、学生グループや企業研修、旅行会社を通じたご予約など、団体でのご利用も承っています。鴨川にほど近く、京都の中心地にもアクセスしやすい立地。アットホームな空間のなかで、京都の日常の暮らしに入り込むような滞在をお手伝いします。

施設について

  • 定員：最大約40名
  • 部屋タイプ：定員1~3名の個室、ドミトリー
  • アメニティ：バスタオル、フェイスタオル、歯ブラシ・水回り：共用シャワー・トイレ（2階は男女共用、3階は女性専用）
  • 設備：ゲスト用キッチン、冷蔵庫、ラウンジスペースなど（スペースに限りはあり、他のゲストさまとの共有になります）。1階は地域の人も利用するカフェとしても営業 (8:00 – 17:00) 

お部屋割りの一例

お部屋タイプや室数には限りがあるため、ご希望内容やグループの構成をもとに、最適な部屋割りをご提案しています。これまでに多い滞在のスタイルは以下の通りです。

① 個室スタイル：
1名1室でゆったり利用。
→ 長期滞在の学生や研究者の方におすすめです。

② 合宿スタイル：
学生は相部屋（ドミトリーや個室を複数名で利用）、引率者がいる場合は個室を利用するスタイル。
→ コストを抑えた団体旅行に適しています。

※貸切利用をご希望の場合は、早めのご相談をおすすめします。

料金と繁忙期について

料金は時期によって変動します。とくに、桜シーズン（3~4月）や紅葉シーズン（11~12月）は繁忙期となるため、料金が通常より高くなる場合があります。

ご予約の流れ

① 予約フォームのご記入【ゲスト】まずは、以下のフォームよりご希望内容をご記入ください。

団体予約申込フォーム（日本語）・ 団体予約申込フォーム（英語）

② 内容確認・受け入れ可否およびお見積り提示【NINIROOM】ご記入いただいた内容をもとに受け入れが可能かどうかの回答を差し上げます。受け入れ可能な場合、あわせてお見積もりをご案内し、その後約2週間、仮予約とさせていただきます。なお、必要に応じて追加で質問をさせていただく場合があります。

③ ご予約確定【ゲスト】見積書の受取後、ゲストから「確定のご連絡」をもって、ご予約を確定とします。見積書の期限日までにご連絡いただけない場合は、仮予約はキャンセルとなりますのでご注意ください。

④ 請求書の発行【NINIROOM】確定のご連絡をいただけましたら、請求書を送付いたします。お支払いについは金額によって下記の通りです。●合計金額20万円以下の場合：・チェックイン日の2週間前までに全額をお支払い●合計金額20万円以上の場合：１）ご予約の確定から1ヶ月以内に全額の30％をお支払い２）チェックイン日の1ヶ月前までに残金のお支払い

⑤お支払い（事前決済）【ゲスト】団体予約に関しては、事前決済(銀行振り込み・クレジットカード)のみとさせていただきます。

Group Stays at HOSTEL NINIROOM

HOSTEL NINIROOM welcomes group reservations, including student programs, company retreats, and bookings through travel agencies.Located near the Kamo River with easy access to Kyoto’s city center, our guesthouse offers a warm, homelike atmosphere where guests can experience the everyday life of the city.

Recommended for: 

・University student groups visiting Japan for internships or study

・Corporate training retreats or team-building stays

・Small group travel or educational trips

・Stays that include community-based experiences and local interaction.

About the Facility

  • Capacity: Up to approx. 40 guests
  • Room types: Private rooms (for 1–3 guests), and shared dormitory rooms
  • Bathrooms: Shared showers and toilets
  • Amenities: Bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes
  • Facility: Guest kitchen, refrigerator, lounge space (Spaces are limited and shared between other guests.)
  • 1st Floor Café: Open to both guests and the local community (8:00–17:00)

Example Room Arrangements

Room types and availability may be limited. We propose room layouts based on your group’s size, structure, and preferences. Below are common arrangements we have provided in the past:

  1. Private Room StyleEach guest stays in a single room for a relaxed experience.→ Ideal for long-term student stays or visiting researchers.
  2. Group/Retreat StyleStudents share dormitory rooms or private rooms with multiple beds, while leaders or faculty members stay in private rooms.→ A cost-efficient setup for training camps or group travel. If you are considering booking out the entire facility, we recommend contacting us as early as possible.

Rates

Room rates vary depending on the season. Please note that rates are typically higher during high demand seasons, such as cherry blossom season (March–April) and the autumn foliage season (November–December).

Reservation Process

  1. Reservation Form Submission (Guest)　Please complete one of the following forms with your group’s details:　[Group Booking Form (Japanese)]　[Group Booking Form (English)]
  2. Review and Quotation (NINIROOM)　We will review your request and confirm availability. If we are able to accommodate your group, we will also send a quotation via the email you have entered. We will place a tentative reservation until the expiration date. We may follow up with additional questions if needed.
  3. Reservation Confirmation (Guest)　Please provide a reply to the quotation to confirm your intent to stay. Your reservation will be confirmed once you agree to the quotation. Without a reply of confirmation, we will cancel the tentative reservation after the expiration date.
  4.  Invoice and Deposit (NINIROOM)　After recieving a confirmation, we will send an invoice. When the total charge is over 200,000 JPY there will be a total of 2 invoices.When the total is under 200,000JPY:・Full, one-time payment; 14 days prior to the date of check-inWhen the total payment is over 200,000JPY:1. 30% depsoit; paid within 1 month from confirming the quotation2. Leftover amount; paid within 1 month prior to check-in.
  5. Payment (advanced payment only) (Guest)　Group bookings require advance payment. Accepted methods: bank transfer or credit card (via Square).
