Group Stays at HOSTEL NINIROOM
HOSTEL NINIROOM welcomes group reservations, including student programs, company retreats, and bookings through travel agencies. Located near the Kamo River and Kyoto University with easy access to Kyoto’s city center, our guesthouse offers a warm, homelike atmosphere where guests can experience the everyday life of the city.
Recommended for:
・University student groups visiting Japan for internships or study
・Corporate training retreats or team-building stays
・Small group travel or educational trips
・Stays that include community-based experiences and local interaction.

Room types and availability may be limited.
We propose room layouts based on your group’s size, structure, and preferences. Below are common arrangements we have provided in the past:
1. Private Room StyleEach guest stays in a single room for a relaxed experience. → Ideal for long-term student stays or visiting researchers.
2. Group/Retreat StyleStudents share dormitory rooms or private rooms with multiple beds, while leaders or faculty members stay in private rooms.
→ A cost-efficient setup for training camps or group travel. If you are considering booking out the entire facility, we recommend contacting us as early as possible.

About the Facility
- Capacity: Up to approx. 40 guests
- Room types: Private rooms (for 1–3 guests), and shared dormitory rooms
- Bathrooms: Shared showers and toilets
- Amenities: Bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes
- Facility: Guest kitchen, refrigerator, lounge space
Foods and Breakfast
1st Floor Café: Open to both guests and the local community (8:00–16:00).
Breakfast is available for ¥700 with advance reservation.
Rates
Room rates vary depending on the season. Please note that rates are typically higher during high demand seasons, such as cherry blossom season (March–April) and the autumn foliage season (November–December).

If we are able to accept your reservation, we will send you a quotation and hold the booking provisionally for approximately two weeks.

Reservation Policy
Reservation Confirmation
Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive your written confirmation after you have received the quotation.
Please note that if we do not receive your confirmation by the quotation’s expiration date, the provisional reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Invoice & Payment Schedule
Once you confirm your reservation, we will issue an invoice. Payment terms are as follows:
- For bookings with a total amount of ¥200,000 or less:
Full payment is required at least 2 weeks before the check-in date. - For bookings with a total amount exceeding ¥200,000:
- 30% of the total amount is due within one month of reservation confirmation.
- The remaining balance is due at least one month before the check-in date.
Payment Method
For group reservations, advance payment only is accepted. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
